Pastor Roy Evans is the founder and lead pastor of Northstar Church. With over 40 years in youth and children ministry, God called Roy and his wife Candy to start a life-changing church in Pryor in 2010. Roy and his wife Candy live at their ranch in Adair, OK and have two children and five grandchildren.

Associate Pastor / Youth Pastor
Dustin grew up helping his father minister to boys and girls of all ages. Today Dustin is our Associate Pastor but he also oversees our Youth ministry. Dustin grew up in Adair and resides with his wife and three boys here in the Pryor Area.
Ryan Floyd
Worship Pastor
Ryan leads worship for our services as well as writes, arranges, and produces worship music and services, and oversees Northstar’s Worship and Production teams. He has a heart to see people truly engaged in worship. He lives in Chelsea, OK with his wife Allyssa and daughter Aniston.
Deryk Cameron
Children’s Pastor / Assistant Director - Storehouse
Deryk is the children’s pastor of Northstar Church and assistant director of the Northstar Storehouse. He lives in Adair, OK, with his wife, Danielle, and their children, Gabe and Raelynn. Deryk is committed to the spiritual growth of children and supporting families through ministry and outreach.
